Established/growing landscape company in Goodyear, AZ looking for hard working, dependable and experienced landscape maintenance crew member. Required Skills: - General knowledge of all basic landscape equipment, 2 stroke, riding mowers, etc. - Work well with others- Basic knowledge of AZ trees, shrubs, and how to properly prune them (hedge trimmers are NOT always used!) - Have a positive attitude- Have reliable transportation to get to work every day- Be drug free- You must speak English and bilingual is a plus Must have a drivers license. The right candidates will be able to grow with us and become a part of the family. You will possess a natural sense of urgency and have a "get it done right the first time" and a "whatever it takes" attitude. Want to learn and grow? FANTASTIC! We offer education opportunities for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and diversifying the type of work they do. Don't want to be stuck in the same position forever? GREAT! You need to be ready to expand into different responsibilities as you prove yourself. You must be a self starter, highly motivated, super dependable, and be willing to learn. We are located in Goodyear and the job starts and ends at our yard every day. 40hr + week. Hiring immediately! Pay is dependent on experience.
