Gardner Group is a fast growing, regional provider of insurance loss control services in 8 states. We're recruiting for an Independent Contractor in Ulster County and surrounding area, for an insurance field representative position. Our field reps collect data for exterior and interior liability, condition and valuation purposes. Reps drive to residential, farm & commercial properties to measure areas & record visual observations, then at home, perform data entry &, upload photos onto their computer which is transmitted back to our website. Gardner receives work from our customers daily. Assignments to field representatives are made each day, allowing you flexibility to make an efficient schedule while prioritizing the availability and needs of the policyholders. Gardner pays on a per case basis and, with good efficiency; our reps make an average of $20/hr. based on individual performance. Requirements: Should have inspection experience. Prefer reps working on the road currently. Must have a PC with a high-speed internet connection, good computer skills, a digital camera, a reliable vehicle, a smartphone, clean driving record and a pleasant demeanor. Note: Background checks will be requested upon successful completion of a test case.
