Now hiring for the position of Maintenance/ Janitorial. This is a part time position with possible opportunities for advancement to full time. The candidate must be reliable and flexible. Must able to work as part of a team and work any time including nights and weekends. The position requires skills sets in minor building and general maintenance. These may skills include but are not limited to Floor, Wall and Ceiling Repair, Painting, Lighting Plumbing. Mechanical and Equipment Repair. Job requires that you must be able to work outside and respond to weather related circumstances which might require mowing, landscaping, removal of snow and debris. The responsibilities also include daily janitorial duties including but not limited to floor cleaning, restroom cleaning, empting trash and other cleaning duties as assigned. Requirements: Must be Customer Service oriented Must have the ability to work without direct supervision at all times. Requires constant physical efforts which will include the ability to lift and maneuver up to 70 pounds. Exposure to a variety of indoor and outdoor elements.
