The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with a preference for those experienced in conducting and defending depositions, managing case dockets, and appearing in court. This is a non-partnership track position, and candidates licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are encouraged to apply.Duties:Conduct civil litigation in state and federal courts.Demonstrate excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Conduct and defend depositions as needed.Manage a case docket efficiently and effectively.Appear in court as required.Requirements:3-6 years of experience as an attorney.Civil litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort and asbestos cases.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience in conducting and defending depositions.Management of case dockets and courtroom appearances is preferred.Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.Skills:Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.Strong organizational and case management skills.Proficiency in conducting and defending depositions.Effective courtroom presence.Admission to the New York Bar is a plus.
