The Role: As a Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in hardware and software design of PLC / Drive systems. Responsibilities: Manage projects from tender to project completion. Engage in onsite commissioning. Handle a diverse range of projects for OEMs and end-users. Ensure continuity and ultimate customer satisfaction. Requirements: Essential Previously worked as a Design Engineer or in a similar role. At least 10 years of industry experience, preferably spanning diverse sectors. Possess bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering. Passionate about engineering within the electrical and electronic control system domain. Valid UK driving licence. Desirable: Experience in installations from design to implementation. Motion control application and PLC programming experience. Background in electrical control systems design. Understanding of major manufacturer's drives and control products. Familiar with tools like TIA Portal, Sypt, Ladder Logic, etc. Expertise in integrating AC / DC drives. Skilled in creating electrical schematics.
