Established artist opening gallery located in Huntington Beach hotel. Location on PCH close to main street $10-$12 an hour + commission 20 hours to start with potential for more hours weekends a must. Job Description: Maintain and manage the administration of art gallery. Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, guests and press personnel. Interact, deal and transact business with art lovers and art enthusiasts. Perform catalogue sales to art gallery visitors and clients. Create and send invitations to art lovers and the press to visit art gallery. Assist public relations and marketing departments of an art gallery. Coordinate art gallery activities, events and receptions. Compile and organize artist packages for press, clients and galleries. Provide labeling to artworks and image files.
