Math Teacher Do you love math? Would you like to inspire students to feel confident with their math skills? Then Sylvan has a job for you. Sylvan Learning Center on the east and west side of El Paso is currently hiring math teachers for part-time positions. Applicants must be able to teach high school level math. Position also available for teacher that can teach high school level Chemistry and Physics. As a Sylvan instructor, you will be trained on the Sylvan curriculum and given tools to teach in a small group setting, 3:1. You will provide personalized instruction in math based on the student s need. Also opportunities are available for instructors with Sylvan s SAT/ACT Prep programs. Flexible afternoon and evening hours and Saturday morning hours Requirements: Bachelor Degree in math related area Ability to teach high school level math Experience working with students Positive attitude and able to develop rapport with students of all ages Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays
