Our beautiful apartment community located in Green Valley is looking for a qualified Maintenance Tech to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC and general maintenance. Must have reliable transportation along with a valid drivers license. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday with some on-call duties on nights and weekends. Must have good customer service skills and an excellent work ethic. We offer competitive pay, based upon previous experience, along with great benefits including 401K plan, with employer contributions after completing the first year of employment.
