Responsibilities include the following: o Installing door and associated system components paying special attention to detail for a superior, high-quality install. Attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship a must! o Checking adjustment on all operators. o Checking for proper door installation and clearances. o Checking for appropriate UL 325 operator reversing operation and properly documenting any deficiencies. o Checking all set screws, rollers, cables and balance, horizontal and vertical track settings. o Checking balance on doors with the operator disconnected. o Explaining how door and operator works if a customer is present. o Responding to customer questions in a truthful and pleasant manner.
