Production Associate Hours: 1st shift: 7am-3pm; 2nd shift 3pm-11pm; 3rd shift 11pm-7am OT REQUIRED Temp to hire Location: Eldon MO Pay: 1st-$12; 2nd-$12.50; 3rd-$12.50 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Have the ability to identify parts. Place parts on jigs. Start cycle, and observes operation. Inspects and measures produced parts to verify conformance to specifications. Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly. Moves machine controls and guides to adjust machine. Keeps area clean and follows safety guidelines. Change machines over and run poke-yokes. High school diploma/GED required; or proof that you are attending GED/HiSet classes. manufacturing experience preferred. Computer Skills: Capable of using in-house printers to produce parts identification labels. Must be able to lift, carry, and handle up to 45 lbs. Basic reading and mathematical skills. Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, twisting, lifting required to move parts to and from conveyor or packaging Moderate lifting up to 40 pounds Frequent use of both hands for fine manipulation of parts, tools, clips, etc. PPE Equipment required, Safety Glasses and Steel Toe Boots Equal Opportunity Employer
