Prince William County Public Schools is inviting applications for the following position: Teacher of Students with Learning Disabilities School Year: 2024-2025 Location: Unity Reed High School Job Summary: This position develops and implements effective instructional practices based on the needs identified in studentsÂ’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This position develops, implements and monitors the studentÂ’s Individualized Education Programs in collaboration with parents and other IEP Team members. This position promotes a collaborative relationship with school staff and parents that will foster inclusionary practices. Required Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Master's Degree Hold a Virginia teaching certificate with endorsements in the area of disability served; in place of complete endorsement, a conditional license may be granted if the teacher is working toward complete endorsement at a rate of a minimum of six semester hours per year
