Duties:Represent clients in tax controversy matters before administrative agencies and courts.Manage and handle complex civil and criminal tax cases.Provide legal advice to clients on intricate tax issues.Conduct extensive legal research and analysis.Prepare and draft high-level legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.Attend and lead tax court hearings and proceedings.Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.Maintain meticulous and accurate case records. Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation are required.Licensed to practice in the State Bar.8-10 years of experience in tax litigation.Mandatory tax court experience.Strong academic record and exceptional analytical skills.
