The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations, and creating a positive working culture. Qualifications and Skills: Registered Manager with relevant qualifications RMA, NVQ Level 5, or equivalent. Proven experience in managing care services for individuals with LD, Mental Health, challenging behaviours, and complex care needs. Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a positive and motivating work environment. Excellent organisational and IT skills.
