Realtime Results is seeking self-motivated individuals for the full-time position of Retention Specialist and Field Collector in the Princeton/Narrows, WV area. Future demand may create opportunity for advancement. We offer our specialists: Paid training, compensation based on hourly plus commissions complete benefits, 401 K, compensation paid weekly, weekly fuel allowance and a data plan allowance. Our Retention Specialists are responsible for collecting payments and/or cable equipment from delinquent cable TV subscribers by driving to subscribers home and making face to face contact. We treat delinquent customers with care and respect, which has led to our great success in the past and into the present. Disconnects and equipment retrieval are made with customers that simply cannot pay the delinquent bill. Using in-house developed, cutting edge mobile technology, our employees collect money and equipment from cable customers in the region. Employee compensation will be based on a long-established schedule of successful customer saves and equipment collections across multiple MSO's and telecom clients. REQUIRED SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES Self-motivated individuals with a solid work ethic Customer focused, excellent negotiation skills Excellent communications skills, both oral and written Strong organizational and time management skills Able to multi-task and set priorities Must be capable of carrying a 28 foot fiberglass ladder (80 lbs) Valid driver's license, insurance and vehicle registration required Able to pass a drug test and background check Presentable vehicle capable of carrying a 28 ft extension ladder required CAPABILITIES Understand/desire to learn of telecommunications products Must be able to work evenings, Saturdays and holidays Access to a computer, email, and internet PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Collections experience preferred but not required Telecommunications experience preferred but not required Compensation: Base plus Commission, avg $700-$1,100 weekly, with Fuel & Data Allowance
