Flexi Compras is looking to add general and assistant managers to multiple Walmart retail locations. The general manager is responsible for working side-by-side with his team to drive revenue for his specific job site to meet company production goals. They will interview and coach team members, set schedules, and, above all, ensure a positive customer experience! This is a performance-driven and salaried position with benefits and a strong opportunity to move up to the district or regional management level. The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years successful customer-facing sales experience and at least 1 year as a retail sales manager or team lead. Experience in the rent-to-own industry is a very big plus- but all industry experience will be considered!
