The candidate should also have experience in estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and family business succession planning.Job Details:Duties:Handle complex estate planning matters, including gift, estate, and income tax planning.Manage estate and trust administration processes.Provide expertise in charitable planning and family business succession planning.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.Draft and review legal documents related to private client matters.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Requirements:0-6 years of experience in private client law.Strong academic achievement with a focus on estate planning.Demonstrated excellent analytical and writing skills.Strong interpersonal skills for client development and networking.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri.Skills:Proficiency in estate planning, including gift, estate, and income tax planning.Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment.Client-focused with strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
