Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of tradespersons and general construction workers. Read drawings and consult with engineers regarding specifications and construction methods. Order, receive, and distribute material and supplies. Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors. Train workers in job duties and ensure that the company policies and safety procedures are followed. Perform, monitor, and track construction schedules and activities, and prepare work progress reports for management. Track expenses (Time + Material) prepare and authorize work orders for additional work. Schedule inspections with third parties and report results to management. Job Requirements: Completion of secondary education is required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Ability to work long hours, early morning, and weekends as required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Wages: $36.25/hr for 40 hrs. /week Location of work: Sicamous and nearby sites Language: Ability to communicate in English How to apply:.
