Part Time 24-30 hours per month; Flexible Schedule; experience in all aspects of basic home/yard/auto repairs/maintenance; including landscaping, sprinkler/irrigation, carpentry, plumbing, auto upkeep, electrical repairs. Ideally is mechanically inclined and enjoys small building projects; brings a Take-Charge mind-set, is responsible with a history of good judgment to detect and correct problems, find workable solutions, safely use power and hand tools, lawnmower, weed-eaters, blowers, and motorized vehicles. We are looking for retired professional who enjoys tinkering and in addition to being knowledgeable regarding semi-skilled maintenance and repairs is dependable and trustworthy, has reliable transportation and a good driving record.
