Monticello, AR AREA Competitive Salary Relo: Yes Travel 0 to 10% Our client company is seeking an experienced Controller to function as a business partner with plant and financial management to effectively manage and control the local business. You must be willing to:? Be responsible for general & cost accounting/bill of materials/business analysis/ financial reporting/inventory accuracy/KPIs? Analyze/accurately report current month?s financial results to the plant/corporate management? Prepare weekly/monthly reports-compare to forecast/budget? Ensure accuracy of the inventory cycle audits/reported results/investigate/explain book to physical adjustments? Attend daily plant production meetings? Assure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)? Maintain/promote safe work environment? Ensure that work area is free from any form of harassment Requirements (IF YOU DON?T HAVE THESE, DON?T APPLY):? BA Accounting (CMA preferred)? Minimum 5 years heavy cost experience? Computer skills (Excel/ Pivot tables/Vlookup)? Ability to work with mathematical concepts (probability/statistical inference)?
