Monarch DIRECT is a rapidly growing Full-Service Print Shop, Graphic Design and Sign Company in Port Charlotte FL which has a full-time position available for experienced Customer Service, Inside Sales.The applicant will work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Your Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Responsible for working with phone and walk in sales and estimates for current and new clientsManaging and following client projects from inception to final delivery and requires a high level of focus, attention to detail and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook Exceptional verbal and written skills Self-motivated team player Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and organization skills Must demonstrate a professional, upbeat, positive attitude Work well in a busy environment and adapt quickly to changing situations MUST be a team player and be a nice person Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and friendlyExcellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging personality Can work independently and as a part of the team Stay organized and accountable throughout the day, able to stay on task and complete jobs daily Very detail oriented – like to check projects off “the list” Ability to “dodge and weave” depending on projects in production Meet with people one-on-one and over the phone without hesitation Requirements to apply: High School Diploma or equivalentPreviously worked successfully in a fast-paced environment Background that includes printing sales and service experience as well as some working knowledge of the digital graphics and sign industry. Or, if you have a successful track record in business to business print or broadcast advertising sales you are also encouraged to apply. Minimum two years sales experience – printing and sign industry preferred but will consider applicants with transferable sales experience Pay based on experience Must currently live with 50 miles of Port Charlotte We are only looking for someone with a career-minded orientation and will not hire any job hoppers.
