NetApp's Enterprise Application solutions helps customers across their digital transformation journey. The enterprise applications team is responsible for developing next generation data management and data mobility solutions leveraging core and partner products. We deliver comprehensive solutions for customers on-premise and cloud deployments.In this role, the Principal/Sr. Product Manager will focus on building next-generation Network Attached Storage (NAS) solutions for Enterprise Applications and AI/ML through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the competitive environment. The Principal/Sr. Product Manager works closely with product development to create products and validates early product definitions with customers. This role will involve analyzing current solution portfolio to identify gaps, develop roadmap and help define the next generation NAS product strategy. This entails a firm understanding of the overall NAS market, AI/ML market, business case (current and potential revenue) and the necessary competitive positioning to allow solutions marketing team to execute the go-to-market initiatives. Job Requirements * 10+ years of product management, product marketing, business consulting, or business operations related relevant experience* 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Storage, preferably in NAS* Experience in defining product line roadmap and strategy* Inbound Product Management experience* Experience in Enterprise Storage NAS workloads* Experience in AI/ML market and workloads* Proven leadership in working cross functionally with development, sales, and marketing teams* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally* Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and scope business requirements* Decompose technical propositions into straightforward solutions* Experience creating B2B service offerings that cater to a wide audience* Experience working in the data management and storage industry, familiarity with NetApp and competitors is a plus Education Bachelor's degree required and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred and/or, relevant experience. USA and Canada Residents Only: The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $172,710-$248,600. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
