The Capital Allocators business includes critically acclaimed podcasts, gatherings, and advisory services focused on sharing best practices in institutional investing. Business Description: Capital Allocators has two primary activities that manifest our mission – Content and Gatherings. Content is the foundation of our business and includes multiple podcast concepts, community newsletters, blogs, and public speaking. Gatherings include Capital Allocators Summits, gathering senior leaders in the industry, and Capital Allocators University, teaching best practices to deliver organizational alpha to midcareer asset allocators. We frequently plan, test, and iterate new strategic initiatives to grow our business and achieve our mission. Role: We are seeking an adaptable recent or soon-to-be graduate that’s passionate about investing, financial markets, and financial media. The Analyst will assume the role for two years. Ideal candidates are interested in a career in financial services or investment management thereafter. This person will support all aspects of the Capital Allocators business. Responsibilities include assisting and owning podcast production, event planning, and engaging with institutional investors who listen to the podcast. Interested candidates should be excited to build relationships with the Capital Allocators team and community and learn about investing through the lens of the business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about our mission in supporting the institutional investment industry. The role comes with independence and requires frequent communication with the virtual team. We are looking for someone who can take the ball and run with it, communicating successes and failures along the way. Qualifications: • Recent college graduate or soon-to-be graduate with less than 2 years professional experience • Passion for investing, financial markets, and financial media • Demonstrated success in a team environment • Resonance with our values (below) • Geographically flexible, U.S. work permit required • Fan of the podcast Compensation: Base salary, opportunity for bonus, health benefits, and 401(k).
