Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of capital expenditure projects within the fmcg manufacturing facility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, establish timelines, and manage project budgets effectively. Evaluate and select equipment vendors, contractors, and suppliers ensuring adherence to quality standards and project objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of capital expenditure projects within the fmcg manufacturing facility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, establish timelines, and manage project budgets effectively. Evaluate and select equipment vendors, contractors, and suppliers ensuring adherence to quality standards and project objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, risk backssments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly. Implement best practices, innovative technologies, and industry trends to optimize manufacturing processes and drive efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout project lifecycles. What’s required: Significant experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and Project management roles. Experience in food manufacturing environment is highly desirable. HSE qualification, e. g. NEBOSH, CIEH, IEMA. Good understanding of HSE legislation, including CDM. Good budgetary control experience ensuring that the capital spend profile is aligned and meet the business cash flow projections. Continuous improvement mind-set.
