The role will entail supporting advisers with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Essential Skills/Experience: Experience working in financial services and a broad knowledge of financial marketinteractioncellent written and spoken English Proficient use of MS Office suite especially Excel Power Point skills Familiar or willing to learn to use of office systems Relevant CISI or equivalent qualifications or prepared to study for professional Core Responsibilities: Preparing marketing presentations Preparing account opening paperwork Obtaining all relevant client identifying documentation Populating the CRM system with relevant client information Setting up accounts with custodians and strategic partners. Drafting of suitability letters and advice notices for client advisers Arranging annual reviews with clients and preparing meeting packs Drafting post meeting review notes and ongoing suitability confirmations Updating & maintaining client records in the CRM system Drafting client instructions for payments and security transactions Preparing adhoc valuations and performance reports LIPPERPopulating proprietary liquidity and cashflow modelling tools Liaising and providing 3rd party tax advisers and accountants with annual tax packs from.
