Who we need As our new Strategic Client Executive, Telus Health Services, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing client relationships. You will bridge the needs of our private enterprise clients to champion one or more of our products. You will drive our overall client retention and growth strategy by gaining insights into the pain points of our existing clients, defining a customer journey vision and strategy, upselling services, prioritizing an exceptional client experience, and measuring client satisfaction and relationship health. Who you are You want the challenge of creating exceptional enterprise client experiences and the excitement of being part of a scaling, innovative organization. You bring experience in multiple facets (operations, implementation, client management) from either Wellness, Employee Assistance Programs or Retirement and Benefits consulting.
