Job Title Group Sales Director - Global Salary: Up to £120,000 + Bonus Location: London This is a fantastic opportunity for a Group Sales Director to join the dynamic team with the fantastic portfolio of venues globally. The Group Sales Director will be responsible for creating and implementing the sales and strategy across the portfolio in order to drive awareness and achieve pre-determined revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative, effective and creative sales strategies Build and maintain strong relationships Overall responsibility for lead generation and development of new business Manage, motivate and educate a team to develop their skills in sales Prepare regular budget and management reports Meet with key clients to ensure relationships and maintained and nurtured Identify new revenue or brand expansion opportunities across the business Liaise and work closely with all departments and external agencies Skills and Experience: A proven track record leading sales teaminteractionperience within hospitality and eventinteractioncellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability A creative thinker Strong organisational skills and detail orientated Experience managing, guiding and motivating a team A strong work ethic.
