Job Summary We are looking for a full and part time Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Experience member. Passionate and creative about excellent hospitality and carry an enthusiastic attitude. We want someone that loves to work with a team of like-minded professionals, strive to be their best, and puts their heart into their work. Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Balancing the accounts from day shift Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments Answering calls and queries related to potential booking Skills Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role Experience with hotel reservations software Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00amJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Night shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed Experience: Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
