Registered nurses (RNs) assess andevaluate patient conditions, and then plan, implement, provide, and documentpatient care in a manner that follows professional nursing standards andoutlined practices.Willingto learn a new area of Nursing? Come check out IR/RN JOB QUALIFICATIONS BSNpreferred or 3-5 years experience as an RN. RegisteredNurse with current Illinois license Excellentwritten, verbal, and interpersonal skills; communicates well with patients,their families, physicians, and all hospital staff. Excels with customerservice. Knowledgeof JCAHO and IDPH regulation. ACLS andCPR certification required. Demonstratedorganization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize multipletasks and solve problems. Averagecomputer skills necessary to access patient databases, e-mail systems, etc. Abilityto use audio/visual equipment, telephone, and other clinical equipment forpatient teaching. Flexibilityis a plus Interventional Radiology experience highly desirable. JOB DUTIES Demonstratesthe WMH Customer Service Values, which are key in providing quality service topatients and customers. Is aresource to staff in developing, implementing and utilization of technicalskills. Providesand evaluates quality of care, technical skill level and the level ofpatient/physician satisfaction.
