Position: Quality Technician Customer Driven, Employee Inspired We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards before being released to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.Responsibilities:- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products- Perform tests and analyses to ensure products meet quality specifications- Identify and document any quality issues and work with production teams to address and resolve them- Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities and test results- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues throughout the production process- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to quality control- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality concerns and improvementsRequirements:- 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software- Knowledge of quality control techniques and tools- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to work flexible hours as neededIf you are a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring quality, we would love to hear from you.
