We are Optometrists United, a locally owned family business with an excellent support team, opportunities to grow, and a dynamic leadership. The Sales Assistant position will aid in overseeing customer service, calling and emailing current customers, order picking and packing, product inventory management, and creating orders daily on a Shopify database linked to our consumer website. Responsibilities and Duties Assisting our customers via Email and Phone Picking new orders received from our Online Store Receiving and sorting new product shipments into product shelves Maintaining product inventory counts Organizing and maintaining a clean workspace and stockroom Working as a team with colleagues to complete tasks Calling registered clients to assist with setting up accounts Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Shopify experience preferred, but not required Customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as a team player Ability to make key decisions under pressure Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure Benefits Benefits to full time team members that include comprehensive medical, dental and optical coverage Paid holidays and generous paid time off Team oriented working environment where you are heard and respected. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Ranging from $17.00/Hour to $23.00/Hour depending on past experience.
