Our Host/Greeters shall have a very outgoing and friendly persona while greeting and welcoming all of our guest into our venue. Our Host/Greeters are the first impression into our venue and shall welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest name when possible.Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest’s name when possibleMaintain a professional and positive attitude at all timesMaintain complete knowledge of the menu offeringsEscort guest to their table Communicate clearly to management and other host to ensure that the restaurant operates efficientlyThank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewellAnswer restaurant telephone courteously and efficientlySpeak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language Anticipate guests service needs, engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offeringsNotify management of maintenance repair issues Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
