Pay range: $80,000 to $110,000 full time What you will be doing As a results-focused Self Starter, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for hands-on project management across multiple business applications and integrations in various states of the Software Development Life Cycle. The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience working closely with business customers, internal teams and managing projects in the software industry. Understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with both business and development teamsVet business and technical requirementsLearn from and freely share knowledge with others, and comfortable participating in cross-functional teamsWork independently or on a team, and in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentNatural problem solver with a strong awareness of riskManage multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable with initially undefined projectsIntermediate to Advanced Excel knowledgeProactively identify opportunities for client upsellCreating solutions for clients using Quick Base and/or other current technologies the company is using What you bring 5+ years of experience in the software industryNegotiation: 3 years (Preferred)Time Management: 3 years (Preferred)QuickBase Experience: 2+ years (Preferred, will learn on the job)Coding background in web-based applicationsExperience with Agile software development methodologiesExperience with Process-driven applicationsSelf-driven, independent, and accountableDetail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and an intense desire to succeedExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills Technical SkillsSystem thinker - knows how to organize data and workflowProblem solver - can look at problems multiple waysExperienced with - Data / Workflow AnalysisCommunication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAble to ask leading and great questions.Able to negotiate with clientsThought leadership- able to see the big picture to lead a client to a bigger/better solution.Client Management - Delight them with your abilities!Empathy being able to see multiple sidesAdditional Skills:Organized - excellent time managementProactiveTeamwork - recognizes impact to the teamOwnership of work.
