Position summary : Greet customers and direct them to their destination. Park and retrieve service vehicles, and wash all service customer vehicles. General purpose : Provide customer service and lot organization. Role qualifications : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no prior experience or training. Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Position responsibilities : Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Greet all customers in friendly manner. Park and retrieve vehicles upon request. Maintain all necessary forms and paperwork. Shuttle customers when necessary. Maintain lot appearance including trash removal. Uses good judgment and safe driving skills. Maintain a professional appearance. Assist with loaner fleet; checking in, cleaning, retrieving and fueling of loaners. Essential skills and experience : Time Management Skills/Organization skills Communication Skills Strong Team Player
