As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and friendly environment. You will assist in various areas of operations including food preparation, customer service, cashiering, cleanliness, and maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards of quality and excellence.Responsibilities:1. Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring their satisfaction and building customer loyalty.2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS system or handheld device.3. Assist with food preparation, maintaining food safety and excellent quality control standards.4. Operate various kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, sandwich makers, etc.) while following safety and sanitation guidelines.5. Maintain clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and restrooms to ensure cleanliness and a pleasant customer experience.6. Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including dress code and grooming standards.7. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, ensuring preparation and cleanliness for next day's operations.8. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining product quality and freshness.9. Collaborate with team members and managers to promote excellent teamwork and ensure smooth operations.10. Uphold and uphold company values and standards, including operating with integrity and respect for all team members and customers.11. Continuously learn about Chick-fil-A's products, menu items, and processes, staying informed to provide accurate information to customers.Requirements:1. Positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to providing exceptional service with a smile.2. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.4.
