Who we are looking for: 40-Hours Per Week Kitchen Closer Team Members play a vital role in providing our customers with excellent customer service by ensuring each guest will be served great quality products with speed and accuracy, while following very strict quality controls, food safe procedures, and system requirements. They are responsible for producing the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures while working in a fast paced, high energy and positive environment. This position is vital in executing our mission to provide “Remark”able food, service, and environments for our customers. Daily Responsibilities: Close the kitchen area completely with all closing procedures and checklist completedBecome knowledgeable of all of Chick‑fil‑A’s menu items & the related recipesExecute our procedures and processes by preparing, cooking, and presenting food orders to meet Chick‑fil‑A’s quality standards and food safe requirementsContribute to a safe and overall positive environment by maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift in all food preparation areasPerform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, general & equipment cleaning, storage & rotation of food and suppliesHandle all food-related, storage, & cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards that comply with all federal, state, & local regulationsMaintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our customers and team members.Adhere to all local and state food codes and all Chick-fil-A food safe and Pathway procedures and Operating StandardsAdhere to all safety requirements in operating and cleaning equipment and working in the restaurantAdhere to hygiene and appearance standards Who you are: You are passionate about providing excellent customer service and quality food and productsYou are a team player and diligent and attentive worker You are able to multi-task and take initiative You uphold Chick-fil-A’s vision, mission, and valuesYou build strong and healthy relationships You follow our Civity Code and Policy HandbookYou confront conflict with kindness and work towards a positive outcomeYou communicate clearly You encourage and positively influence othersYou strive for high standards and personal excellence Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or olderMust maintain 40 hours per week. If a team member falls below this threshold for two consecutive pay periods, wage will be adjusted to standard full time wageAvailable/scheduled to work at least one Saturday per pay periodAvailable/scheduled to close at least four nights per week.
