We Offer: Health insurance contributions up to $500 monthly Uniform stipend: Two complete Uniforms | Shoes included | 50% off Chick-fil-A Branded uniforms Free employee meals | Catering Stipend Educational scholarship Bonus Plan Structure after first 3 months of training Job Description:The Operations Manager for Chick-fil-A at Ramsey is responsible for all operational activities associated with the front of the restaurant, including order taking and fulfillment, drive-thru operations, hospitality and team member development. The Operations Manager is prepared to execute daily operations with a high degree of excellence, across the above mentioned of operational activities. This position supports the position of Owner/Operator. This role sets the standard for “Operational Excellence” and leads by example while mentoring and developing the team members.Responsibilities Include: Deliver a remarkable dining experience for all guests Development of Team Leaders and Team Member behaviors Maintains and develops a sense of urgency that creates a surprisingly fast service Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment Maintains work environment that ensures and promotes food safety Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the Front of House Cash management operations Deliver weekly FOH or BOH performance reports to Leadership Team Coaches, evaluates, and holds accountable Front of House Team Members Responsible for Opening and Closing of Restaurant Lead shift of 10-20 Team Members at a time Able to fulfill catering orders totaling over $250 Ownership of 1 or 2 specific area of the restaurant (ex: Catering Fulfillment, Mobile Ordering Platform, Customer Experience Surveys) Able to fulfill operational needs in the restaurant at a high level Required Qualifications: 2 Year Higher Education Degree or Equivalent 2 Years in Restaurant Leadership Role or Equivalent Available to work 2 evenings per week and 3 Saturdays a month, 40-50 hours a week. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience in operations within customer service industry Must have strong computer skills Desired Qualifications: Drive-Thru Experience ServSafe Certified This person must be skilled in time management. This person must be self-directed and highly organized. This person must have advanced computer skills.
