The ideal candidate should be well-versed in drafting and reviewing private offering materials and must be admitted to the State Bar. Duties:Draft and review private offering materials for private investment funds.Provide legal counsel on fund formation matters to private fund managers.Conduct legal research and analysis related to investment fund regulations and compliance.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex fund structuring and regulatory issues.Assist in negotiations with clients, investors, and regulatory authorities. Requirements:Admission to the State Bar.3-6 years of experience in fund formation, particularly with private fund managers.Strong understanding of investment fund regulations and compliance.Excellent analytical and research skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills:Proficient in drafting and reviewing private offering materials.In-depth knowledge of investment fund regulations.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.Effective negotiation skills.
