Position: Asset Surveyor Location: Nationwide Mobile Role Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum DOE + Car Allowance Working Hours: 0800-1700, Monday to Friday Job Purpose: The Asset Surveyor plays a critical role in conducting comprehensive asset surveys and evaluating supporting documentation to backss plant conditions. The primary objective is to determine appropriate maintenance schedules, identify critical plant issues, and implement innovative techniques to maximize operational efficiency. This position involves nationwide travel and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients' estates. Key Responsibilities: Conduct asset/building condition surveys across the client's estate. Complete documentation detailing asset criticality and recommend changes to existing maintenance schedules following Company ARMS process. Produce costed reports for surveys, providing valuable insights for the client portfolio. Implement and monitor procedures to enhance service efficiency, ensuring continuous improvement. Provide technical support to operational site staff, addressing queries and objectives with cost-effective solutions. Person Specification: Industry-recognized trade apprenticeship or relevant experience in Building Services/Construction discipline. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Comprehensive knowledge of project management disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, Building, and Civil Engineering. Proven experience in a building service environment.
