The Role: As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial aspects of design projects. overseeing coordination, and steering the development of projects. Responsibilities: Prepare drawings, models, images, and related documents. Coordinate the internal design team. Take responsibility for specific design areas and project development. Coordinate with external design team members and associated organisations. Requirements: Previously worked for at least 5 years as an Architect or in a similar role. Possess 5 years of leadership experience. Holds ARB qualification. Skilled in Revit & Rhino. Demonstrated ability in formulating design decisions, utilising various media for design project development and documentation.
