The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, coupled with exceptional business acumen to influence decision-making and optimise revenue streams. Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Strategy: Collaborate with executive management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the hotel's objectives and maximise profitability. Conduct thorough financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data and market trends to support informed decision-making. Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and senior leadership, fostering collaborative relationships and offering financial guidance to achieve business goals. Partner with operational teams to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency. Act as a liaison between finance, sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring alignment of strategies and initiatives to achieve overall business objectives. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators KPIs to measure the financial health and operational efficiency of the hotel.
