Upholding standards in line with the company specifications Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef You will be a great fit if you have: Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a Luxury Hotel You are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude. Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards. Are organised and have great time management. Have excellent communication skills.
