The Manager, Business Continuity & Crisis Management will play a critical role on the team, leading the BCMS, supporting the national Crisis Management framework, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm’s emergency and security program. Based in Toronto (or Montreal), this team member will actively engage with a diverse range of internal personnel—sponsors, stakeholders, users, firm leaders—developing, implementing, and testing the framework for which the firm’s business continuity and crisis programs are built. This position will allocate time supporting both national and regional programs. The Manager will contribute to the on-going development and execution of emergency tabletop exercises, lead the firm’s annual ISO 22301 certification cycle, track and develop recommendations to identified business risks, support internal awareness initiatives, develop program.
