Qualifications A minimum of 2-7 years' experience in Recruiting Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing Experience with contract negotiations Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
