They have an incredibly diverse mixture of roles and responsibilities within the business and the HR team is a critical and truly value add partner to the business. What is the role The Head of HR role is an important one in the HR team. Broadly speaking the role has two key focuses 1 team leadership and 2 a business partner to a key member of the Senior team. The backdrop and context of the business is all about growth and transformational change, including digital and cultural. The team leadership element covers a diverse range of HR disciplines including BPs, TA and HR Ops, while the BP piece is connected to a high profile and high performance stakeholder group. They have some great foundations in place and this will be about evolution, taking things to the next level and moving towards a best in class approach with exceptional basics. While they are currently enjoying high engagement scores they are not complacent and have ambitious plans in place to maintain and build on this success.
