Industry job - Tax Senior or lite Tax Manager needed for medium sized and growing firm with portfolio of numerous real estate investments and operating companies is seeking a strong Senior Tax Accountant or lite Manager. You will report directly to the Tax Director. In this role you will be responsible for review of compliance to include: Review and Preparation of complex Federal and State Tax returns for LLC's, S Corps, Partnerships, trustsTax planning for ownersCalculation of tax basisPassive loss limitationsTax interpretation of partnership agreements and and partnership waterfall calculationsReview of forecastsQuarterly and annual income tax calculationsThe ideal candidate will: Have Bachelors in Accounting or FinanceMasters in Tax preferredCPA preferredPublic Accounting or industry Tax experience5+ years Partnership, S corp, Trust tax compliance experienceReal Estate and 1031 transactions preferredSoft skills: team oriented, self-motivated, willing to take ownership of projects, strong work ethic, and great positive attitudeIn this role you will get good life balance and flexibility with work hours.
