Job Description Responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of all pool patrons. Monitor pool activities to ensure patron safety and respond to emergencies. Summer Lifeguards may also receive additional work to supervise the Olin Fitness Center.Duties & Responsibilities: Recognize and respond effectively in emergencies. Enforce all aquatic facility policies, rules, and regulations. Inspect the facility on a daily schedule and report any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor. Complete records and reports. Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
