Of course we are thrilled however we need to find someone to do their work whilst they are busy. Do you have experience in HR? Looking for an opportunity to progress and develop your knowledge and skills in People Services In this role, which we call a People Services Administrator, you will be part of a team of 6, doing all of the usual HR Admin processes - on-boarding new starters, job and contractual changes, family friendly, leavers etc. but you will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and develop your existing skills in other ways. You will be responsible for supporting one of the Business Areas in the company from an admin perspective, and you will be able to work closely with the HR Adviser for that Business Area, which will enable you to grow further. You will be working both in a team and individually in fast paced environment. Over 50% of our recruitment is offered internally only so this could be your next job and the one after, if you are here for longer than 12 month you may be able to benefit from the fact that we offer the opportunity to study the professional CIPD qualification at a range of levels. You will have a good pension too; you can contribute up to 7% and we will put in up to 11.5% giving the possibility of 18.5% towards your pension.
