Duties:Handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing.Conducting due diligence and title review.Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.Providing legal advice to clients on real estate matters.Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful transactions.Staying current on industry trends and changes in real estate law. Requirements:6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.Deep knowledge of commercial real estate law and closing mechanics. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Connecticut Bar. Skills:Superior drafting skills.Ability to handle a variety of real estate transactions.Strong work ethic and motivation.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
