Support development of recycling strategies and carbon neutral initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Overall support of recycling related business development with a focus on electrification and hybrid / battery electric vehicles * Development of supply chain(s) as it relates to battery recycling, working towards establishing a circular economy strategy of battery related raw materials * Create and manage purchase / sales contracts involving recycle sourced battery raw materials * Plans, conducts and supervises assignments generally involving the larger and more important projects in Resource Recycling SBU * Leads or direct projects in Resource Recycling SBU * May act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions and organizations including Toyota Tsusho Japan, suppliers and customers. * Make reports to supervisor for progressing assigned projects forward. * Evaluates progress and results and also recommends major changes in procedures * Operates with considerable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions * Applies comprehensive knowledge to complete significant assignments * Collaborates across fields * Budgeting for specific projects * Other duties may be assigned.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree and typically more than 12 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Business trips overnights are frequently necessary including international trips. * Mind set to work with colleagues across multiple divisions as one-team. * Experience to develop new business models/projects. * Experience on Carbon Neutral/Recycling Industries are preferable (not necessity). * Experience / knowledge of commodities trading is preferred.BENEFITS * Competitive Salary with Bonus Opportunities * Paid Time Off * Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits (Low Premiums!) * Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts * Disability and Life Insurance * 401(k) with Company Contribution * Educational Tuition ReimbursementFlexible Work Arrangement Consistent with the Company's Flexible Work Arrangement* policy, an essential function of an on-site/office-based position requires an employee to perform a regular portion of their duties at a Company facility.
