Colorado Branch Locations: ?92 S Havana St., Aurora, CO 80012?702 South 9th Street, Gunnison, CO 81230?2908 W 10th St., Greeley, CO 80634?10555 Irma Dr., Northglenn, CO 80233?552 25 Rd., Grand Junction, CO 81505?540 Main St., Fort Lupton, CO 80621 Position Title: Collision TechnicianDepartment: OperationsReports to: General Manager Position Summary:The Collision Technician repairs vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Kaizen Collision Centers S.O.P., insurance partner, and industry guidelines/standards.Responsibilities:?Examines damaged vehicles and efficiently plans repair process.?Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.?Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.?Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.?Makes decisions on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.?Attend/collaborate with the team during daily production meetings.?Stay up to date with required I-Car and Company Safety Training.
